AUDIO/VISUAL NEEDS
In order to assure your audience receives the
maximum benefit from the program, the following items should be in
place:
- Overhead projector and a spare bulb
- Kodak Carousel Slide Projector and spare bulb
- Screen (size depending on room size)
- Lavaliere microphone
- Lectern or Podium with light
- Easel with large pad of paper
- wide tip markers, dark color
- Sign-in table at back of room
- Book signing table at back of room
- Pencils/pens should be available if
participants won't have one with them.
