Two independent consulting companies Hewitt Associates and the Saratoga Institute estimate that the cost of replacing a worker runs between 1 and 1.25 times the salary of the open job. The more sophisticated the job, the higher the cost.

Special Situations/Expedited Requests
Clients often request last minute assistance when making a critical decision. If you feel your file must be pushed ahead of others immediately, I'll do my very best to accommodate you. As you know, a segment of my work involves testifying in forgery cases. One situation which overrides a rush request occurs when a suspect is in custody and authorities need an immediately response. These occasions are extremely rare. Also, if I'm preparing exhibits/testimony for trial, my time (night and day) belongs to the attorney/case. So…on with the rush.
